French? or Italian champleve/cloisonne enamel casket box standing on 4 beautifully detailed curved legs. Measures 3 1/8" x 5 3/4" x 3 1/2". Champleve or cloisonne medallion like pieces adorn the front. Original tufted lining worn commensurate with its age. Heavy Glass coverlid. There is one tiny chip in the glass in a back corner which ymay have been done in the making when the metal was turned down to hold the glass top. Impressed "T" on the base.
